First World Cancer Congress (WCC 2009) was held during
Jan 12-14 at Kottayam, Kerala, India. The conference
was inaugurated by our founder Dr. Shaji V.
Kudiyat.

The
conference was attended by hundreds of eminent doctors,
researchers and scientists from Modern Medicine (Allopathy),
Ayurvedic Medicine, Homeopathy, Naturopathy, Reiki and
Traditional Practitioners of Yoga, Acupuncture, Sidha,
Unani, Chinese Medicine etc. and allied scientific areas
like Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Neuro-science, Nano
Science and Nano Medicine, who presented their scientific
ideas, new developments, new discoveries, new cancer
management methodologies, etc. and held discussions
for developing joint research projects on cancer. This
conference was first of its kind ever organised in the
world due to the participation of important personalities
from different systems of medicine and allied scientific
areas. It was held at Hotel Windsor Castle, Kottayam,
